Applications are available for some of our housing programs. We have closed the list for new applications for some of our programs. We welcome your application and if you have questions, please call our offices and we will be happy to answer your questions.
 
Closed waiting lists: 
Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8;
Imperial Public Housing;
Calexico Public Housing;
Brawley Public Housing - 1 bedroom; 
El Centro Public Housing - 1 bedroom; 
Holtville Public Housing - 1 bedroom;  
 

Although some waiting lists have been closed at this time, others remain available.  Applications remain available at our offices and for download under Housing Forms on this website.

IVHA Scholarship Applications are now being accepted

IVHA would like to congratulate the class of 2025! As you embark on this exciting new chapter in your life, we wish you all the best and congratulate you on your hard work. Please be advised IVHA offers a scholarship opportunity to graduating high school seniors. In order to qualify for consideration, you and your family must participate in one of IVHA's affordable housing programs. Please review the announcement below and the attached Scholarship Application. Please note the due date is June 30, 2025, instructions are detailed within the application.
