Please call our office during these hours to submit a service request. Our team will schedule and respond as promptly as possible.

🌙 After-Hours Emergency Maintenance

If you have an urgent issue outside of regular hours (flooding, loss of heat or power, or a security concern):

Then dial extension: [127]

An on-call technician will be dispatched to handle emergency situations.
Please note: Non-urgent requests will be addressed the next business day.

Examples of Urgent vs Non-Urgent Issues

Urgent:

  • No heat in winter

  • Major leaks or flooding

  • Electrical outages

  • Broken locks or security issues

Non-Urgent:

  • Dripping faucets

  • Light bulb replacement

  • Noisy appliances
